This one had to be built from the ground up as far as developing a logo and then incorporating several elements into the design that reflected the fact that this was a collaboration of two separate companies coming together under the heading of one service.
In addition, it's a Federally regulated dynamic that they're working with, hence the need to agree to your being a resident of a state when you first logon to the site. Check it out!
